North Studio
A 2000 sq. ft. room (42’x47’) with lots of natural light from the glass doors that open to the courtyard. It also has radiant flooring, a reclaimed lumber ceiling and wall, and a built-in sound system. Ideal for large group classes, workshops, lectures, presentations, and performances.

South Studio
A 560 sq. ft. room (21’x27’) with sustainably harvested Bamboo Revolution flooring, original barrel truss ceiling, mirrored wall, built-in sound system, and beautiful mural by local artist, Cobb Hoelzer. Ideal for small group classes, workshops, lectures, meetings, ceremonies, and other small gatherings.

Rainbow Room
This 330 sq. ft. room makes a great stand-alone rental for business meetings, art lessons, book clubs, and support groups, or is a convenient and affordable add-on to another rental as a break-out room or green room. It has moveable tables, chairs and stools, a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and its own private ADA restroom (not included in sq. ft.).

Rooftop Patio
An 1800 sq. ft. patio (37’x48’) with a view. Enjoy this beautiful, open-air event space that offers the privacy of being above the street. It is equipped with elevator access, elegant lighting for evening events, accessible power, and a restroom. Ideal for events of all kinds. *Please note that neighborhood noise ordinances apply.

Front Courtyard
With bench seating and small trees surrounding an open patio area, this is the perfect place for an afternoon or early evening gathering. Combine it with the North Studio by opening the sliding glass doors for a combined indoor/outdoor event. *Please note that neighborhood noise ordinances apply.
